  4. Thanks for following our blog as it brought me to check out yours! How did you find us. BTW? I love your introduction and congratulate you on your faith, marriage, five children and career choice. I’m a lawyer wanna be and almost had a lawyer daughter. But she decided to party in college instead of studying. She finally got a degree, the hard way….anyway, I digress. Looking forward to reading your posts.

  5. Thank you very much for the follow. I have just read your encouraging blog about Colossians 3. I will remember verse 17 in my parenting today -“whatever you do … Do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.” Thank you and God bless you and your family.

  7. My daughter and I enjoyed your Superdad post! Keep wobbling along! I’ve had that compliment, too, about being a super mom as I have 6 kids and homeschool, but as I wrote in a post once, the perfect parent lives in Timbuktu and is likely a Sasquatch!
God bless and keep it up! Thanks for following my blog!

  8. Appreciate your blog and will be trying out some of your wp tips soon. I am a newbie blogger and I am enjoying the experience so far (except for the technical part). Your blog is going to take some time to read through, but I like what I have read so far and am following you. Nice guestbook, too.

  9. Hello DaddyBlitz – thanks for stopping by my blog ( I hope that what you read there will be educational, spiritually uplifting and just plain good for the soul. Also, I would like to thank you for becoming a follower of my blog. Please note I have become one of yours. God bless you as a father, man, Christian and being a voice in the wilderness to today’s apathy toward God and His son Jesus Christ.

  10. Thanks for your writing, especially giving your thoughts about things no one wants to hear. I resonate with that, if I get what you mean. Hmm? I also invite your conversation through this medium. Wish we were neighbors. Blessings on your home.

  11. I enjoyed your post about SuperDad. πŸ™‚ And I appreciate reading a bit of your background. My husband and I just celebrated twenty years of marriage, and I can’t imagine life without him, or our two boys. You’re on an adventure ride with five. πŸ™‚ So nice to “meet” you.

  14. First I’d like to say thanks for the like on ‘When I Became a Mother…..’
As for your blog, how refreshing! I love how inspirational, straight-forward, and fun your posts are. I hope to see more. I don’t know where you’re from, but I came from the south and many of your values sound a little southern. I love it!

  15. Hi! Thanks for liking my blog entry on “Write Light.” I laughed when I read, “This Blog is my outlet for expression of ideas and beliefs on family, religion and politics that, quite frankly, no one wants to hear me talk about” on your “About Me” section of your blog. I went to my hairdresser this week and spoke about the presidential election. Her eyes began to glaze over at the very beginning of the topic and I pressed forward for a mercifully short while. Why press on? Because I think people need to get over the idea that politics and religion are not acceptable topics. Those living their lives and believing contrary to my view points are very vocal and somehow that’s okay. Anyhow, I like to make the beautician think, because I like her. I skimmed your blog. After reading the many comments, I’m going to choose one of your meatier topics. I had to read your story to your niece. God bless.
